• Check-in: from 3:00 pm. We recommend communicating your arrival time in advance

 

• Check-out:  by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed

• Minimum age to rent our property: 18 years. Minors unaccompanied by their parents or a responsible adult must show a photocopy of their parents' identity document with related free-form signed authorization

 

• For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to allow other people into the rooms at any time

​

• The following are prohibited inside the premises: smoking, using narcotic substances, speaking loudly, shouting and it is recommended to respect the time slot 11.00pm - 8.00am during which rest is foreseen

​

• The structure is not responsible for the theft of guests' belongings, each guest is required to take care of his/her own belongings

 

• The guest undertakes to respect the rooms and the things contained therein, any damage caused will be charged

 

• Pets are not allowed in the property

 

• The confirmation deposit is expected:

  • by bank transfer, in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the stay. In case of cancellation made up to 30 days before the expected date of arrival, the entire deposit will be refunded; after this deadline the entire sum will be retained. In case of no-show, 100% of the amount of the stay will be requested via bank transfer

 

• The balance of the amount due for your stay must be settled on the day of arrival and must be paid in cash

​

• Tourist tax: the tourist tax of €1 per day and per person (periods included from 01/06 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 30/09) and €1.50 (period from 01/07 to 31/08) is not included in the rate and must be paid separately during check-in. Children under 16 are exempt from paying the tax

      “Royal Blue” collects the tourist tax on behalf of the municipality of Porto Cesareo
